Majestic Ranch Conservation Bank open for business
The Majestic Ranch Conservation Bank has been approved by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Mitigation credits can now be purchased to offset impacts to Golden cheeked warbler habitat in the bank's Primary and Secondary Service Areas. The Primary Service Area of the bank consists of the following: Bandera, Blanco, Bexar, Gillespie and Kerr Counties, Texas. The Secondary Service Area of the bank consists of the following: Burnet, Edwards, Kimble, Llano, Mason, Medina, Real and Medina Counties, Texas. (Prior approval by USFWS is required on a case-by-case basis for mitigation in the Secondary Service Area.) Zara Environmental was the environmental consultant on this project.
