Zara Environmental was recently awarded a contract by the Edwards Aquifer
Authority to survey the groundwater fauna in the Edwards Aquifer in Central Texas.

Environmental Services
Zara Environmental LLC provides a variety of environmental services. Our staff has
expertise in land management, endangered species, geographic information systems
(GIS), geology,and hydrology. We have specialists
in the fields of karst fauna, herpetofauna, avifauna,
GIS, and cave systems. Our activities include
biological research, managing rare species and
related habitats as well as invasive species control,
cave gate installation, and land management.
Our office is located in Buda, Texas, just outside
of Austin.
Zara Environmental conducts field work across the United States and Mexico. Our
clients include the Department of Defense, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the
American Museum of Natural History, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the
National Park Service, and a number of private consulting firms. With
our set of skills, we are able to
act independently or as a
subcontractor for companies
who might not have specialists
on staff. We are able to
handle the logistical details
required by field projects. We
also work with non-profit
organizations and private
landowners who need
experienced professionals for
biological and land
management issues.
